What can I talk to Japanese students for the first time?
For the first time you'd better talk to students about the following items by email if students are not good at speaking English over the phone.
You can also understand their levels for the language during these talks.
・ Lesson style (private or group), lesson fee, lesson days and hours.
・ Where and what time to meet
We advise you to stick to English even if you speak Japanese to improve their abilities.

How much is average teaching fee?
The average teaching fee is 3,000 yen per hour and you have to negotiate with your students about money for transportation and coffee when you meet at coffee shop.

Your contact information
Students can't see your email address and phone number and can get them only when they apply for your lesson. We can keep who get your contact information to protect yourself just in case.
To start your lesson
・ To start your lesson you have to meet your student's and discuss about a lesson style, the place to teach, textbook if you need and your terms and conditions.
・ Also when you meet each other please check your student's level of language.

What to teach in your lesson?
We advise you to talk about your hobby or specialty if they are interested in them in your lesson. Newspaper is one of the best materials as it contains a lot of interesting topics especially for advanced class. Textbook is helpful for beginners but sometimes boring.
How can I get contacts from students?
As soon as we get applications from students we'll send them your contact information and let you know. If you can't get any contacts from students for more than one week you can contact them if they agreed to be contacted.

A lesson schedule
You have to discuss about your lesson including,
・ How often you teach.
・ Where you teach and who pays your transportation.
・ When you teach
・ A private or group lesson
・ Your lesson fee
